New Market Strategy: Chinese Immigrants

A consumer packaged goods company wanted to understand what kind of products and services it could create to serve the Chinese Immigrant population, a population that it did not understand very well.

Through a series of ethnographic studies in the homes of immigrants, including interviews, contextual observations and probes, we helped the organization identify 3 key areas for innovation for this population.

After generating and evaluating close to a 100 concepts, we recommended 3 systemic solutions encompassing multiple products and services to the organization along with a strategic roadmap of how to evaluate and bring these ideas to market.
